TARGA sofas by GamFratesi and BODYSTUHL chairs by Nigel Coates are the key items in the refined interior design project of the Cafè Krasnodar, a bar owned by the local oligarch Sergey Galitsky, the new cult address of the city of the same name with over 800 thousand inhabitants to the north-east of the Black Sea, economic centre of southern European Russia.
Maxim Rymar Architects‘ studio in St. Petersburg, included in the top 100 Russian architecture studios selected by the Russian edition of the prestigious international architectural magazine AD Architectural Digest since 2015, took care of the interior design.
Cafè Krasnodar is located in the centre of the new city area, an architectural ensemble that includes a 22-hectare park, the new green lung of the metropolis and the new stadium of FC Krasnodar, designed by SPeeCH Architectural Office in collaboration with Gmp Architekten, commissioned and funded completely by Russian oligarch, founder of the same club and Magnit , the largest Russian retail chain.
Perfect for contract environments where more privacy and a cosy setting is required, while maintaining an original and unpredictable personality, the TARGA sofas here in an elegant version with burnt red velvet upholstery and brass feet give character to the space.
The collection that, in addition to the sofas includes the lounge chair, the ottoman and the modular sofa, is characterised by all the traditional elements of the brand, and takes its name from the ellipsoidal element, the plaque, inserted into the cane edge of the padded backrest.
The large seat cushion, supported by a solid and elegant steam-bent beech frame, makes the TARGA sofas comfortable and perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation.
Together, the BODYSTUHL chairs by Nigel Coates with velvet seat and cane back.
Thanks to the finesse of the steam-bent beechwood , this design has a sinuous profile characterised by a variable sectional structure.
A new design that highlights the style, the absolute timeless elegance of Gebrüder Thonet Vienna GmbH (GTV) furniture, once again the perfect partner for contract projects with an unconventional personality.
