The main interpret of modernity at the beginning of 900, Adolf Loos return to be protagonist of our contemporaneity once again, thanks to an entirely exhibition dedicated to his figure entitled “Adolf Loos, Our Contemporary. The House at Michaelerplatz in Vienna” hosted in Venice in the Sale Monumentali of Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana from the 1st of June to the 24th of July 2016. A deep analysis of the historical relevance of this personality, still today in the middle of the architectural debate, who interpreted his modern thought also for Gebrüder Thonet Vienna GmbH creating the Loos Cafè Museum chair, designed in 1898 to furnish the Cafè Museum in Vienna. A refined and timeless object, expression of the essential and elegance design of the great architect, still in production.
