Gebrüder Thonet Vienna GmbH (GTV) wins the iF Design Award with Sugiloo by Anastassiades
SUGILOO chair, the result of GTV’s intensive collaboration with Michael Anastassiades, won the IF Design Award 2021, one of the most important awards in the design industry for over 60 years. GTV had already received this award in 2020 for the N.200 armchair, also designed by Anastassiades, and the RUE headboard by GamFratesi.
GTV has once again recognized for its value and ability to transform the value of the past into future heritage by combining refined design concepts with purely contemporary lines and shapes. Design projects capable of celebrating and renewing the unique heritage of GTV that marked the crucial transition from craftsmanship to industry.
